I’m going to warn you:  this recipe sounds beyond decadent.

But it’s not.

And that’s kind of the point.

But today, in the interest of health, and in the interest of my love of baking, I stepped outside my comfort zone and tried the Slow Cooker Pumpkin Streusel Coffe Cake from Amy’s Healthy Baking.

It is a winner!

Do I like regular pumpkin bread better?  Yep.

Do my kids?  Nope.

They LOVE this and even asked for a second piece!
